ABOUT THIS PRODUCT

* Upload 1 image of your choice!
* Photo area: 19 cm x 23 cm.
* Made from anti slip rubber with coated surface.
* It measures 19 cm x 23 cm x 0.5 cm.
* So that we can get your image right to the edges of the template, please be aware that 5mm of the image will be cut off each horizontal and vertical edge.

INSTRUCTIONS

* Please use only JPEG image files. Other file formats are, unfortunately, not accepted.
* When you have finished uploading your image, you will be able to see if the print quality is ‘poor’ or ‘good’. This is displayed on the right hand side of the photo.
* Rotating Your Image – If you want to rotate your image, simply click the curved arrow icons to rotate it clockwise or anti clockwise.
* Cropping Images – Click and drag the corners of the box around your chosen picture to crop it. The box ratio will remain the same to match the image area on the product. Please keep in mind that the smaller the area you crop to, the lower the quality your finished image will be.
* Once you have cropped your image, you can click and drag the cropping box to any part of your image.
* Adding text to your image is something you can do if you wish to.
* The box containing the text is a fixed size, so that any text you add adjusts to the width of the image, e.g. ‘SAM’ will be large text, covering most of your picture, whereas ‘Happy 21st Birthday Samantha!’ will be smaller text at the top or bottom of your image.
* PLEASE ENSURE YOU CHECK YOUR SPELLING CAREFULLY! We cannot be held responsible for your typos!
* If you prefer a transparent background to your text, simply click the background colour palette icon and select the white box with the red cross inside.
* To preview your image and any text you’ve chosen just click the Orange ‘Save/ Preview’ button.
* To save and buy your design when you are happy with it: simply click the green ‘Save’ button.
* You can upload low or high resolution images from your phone, camera or computer, but please remember that your photo will be printed at the same quality as it was uploaded. Eg: if you have uploaded a small, web quality image, it will come out low quality on your product. A photograph you have taken on your camera will result in a superior finished item.
* We reserve the right not to print unsuitable, offensive or illegal imagery or text.
